Live conversation

• Live, both ways

  Choose two languages once. Tolkivo follows the conversation in both directions as you take turns speaking.

• Automatic language detection

  Tolkivo recognizes which of the two languages each person is speaking, and the translation usually appears as soon as a sentence ends.

• Original and translation, together

  Each turn keeps the words that were said beside the translation, so both people can read along.

• Hear it read aloud

  Play translations through the speaker, or have them read automatically when you wear headphones.

  Talk terms with a client or supplier in your own languages, then let AI review list the decisions and who does what by when.

  Ask for directions, check in at a hotel or report a lost item, with both languages on one screen.

  Order a meal, explain a food allergy and ask what the staff recommend, then pay without confusion.

  Ask about sizes, colours, stock and prices, and understand the tax-free and return rules before you pay.

  Describe symptoms, name your medication and get through reception paperwork, as a non-diagnostic communication aid.

After the conversation

• History on your device

  Each finished conversation is saved as text on your device until you delete it. Open it later to reread the original and translation.

• Export

  Export a conversation and its AI review as PDF, Markdown or plain text, and share the file however you like.

• AI review

  After a meeting, a doctor’s visit or an errand, AI review turns the saved conversation into a clear review, so you don’t have to rely on memory.

Use Tolkivo on Android phones and tablets, or in a modern browser at tolkivo.com/app, including on a computer. The iPhone and iPad app is in App Store review. Sign in to use the same account and plan on all of them.

Good to know

• Tolkivo needs an internet connection; it does not translate offline.
• You choose two languages per conversation, and Tolkivo detects which of the two is being spoken. Chinese is recognized as Mandarin and can be shown in Simplified or Traditional characters.
• The free trial covers up to 5 minutes without an account, or 10 minutes in total after you sign in.
• For important medical or legal decisions, rely on a professional interpreter.

Translation needs a connection.

Tolkivo needs an internet connection to translate a live conversation. While you speak, audio is processed by cloud translation services and the resulting text is shown in the app.

Raw audio is not saved to conversation history by default. Completed sessions leave a text snapshot on this device until you delete it.
