With the Shopping scene, Tolkivo translates a conversation with shop staff live, in both directions, on one phone. You can ask about sizes, stock and prices, and confirm the tax-free and return conditions before you pay.
Before you go to the shop
Choose your two languages and the Shopping scene. Tolkivo adapts its wording to products, specifications, stock, prices and returns, so product terms and numbers come out more accurately. Note the size, colour or model you are looking for so you can say it clearly.
With the shop staff
Hold the phone between you and the staff member and speak in turns. Ask whether another size or colour is in stock, what the price is and whether the purchase can be tax-free. When the staff member explains a condition, both of you can read it on the screen.
After you pay
The saved conversation keeps what the staff said about exchanges and returns. If you compared several products, AI review can list the prices and conditions that were mentioned for each one. Keep your receipt together with the saved conversation.
